6. Client Responsibilities

As a client using our document preparation services, you understand and agree that:

  • You are self-representing in your legal matter — we prepare documents at your direction
  • You are responsible for reviewing all documents we prepare before filing
  • You should consult with an attorney if you need legal advice regarding your situation
  • Court outcomes depend on many factors beyond document preparation, and we make no guarantees regarding the outcome of your case

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Power Prep Legal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
